So today marks the first of 2016’s MNSSHP…. is anyone reading this going??
I’ve have been keeping my eye out on social media for the past few weeks wondering when the Magic Kingdom will make the transformation – I think it started the beginning of this week and as always it looks amazing!
For those that don’t know we are visiting the World late October into November this year and have timed it so we are to be able to see both the Halloween AND Christmas celebrations…. I cannot wait!
We have never been to Walt Disney World during a holiday before so it’s going to be amazing to see it all decked out.
We did visit Disneyland Resort back in 2008 during December so we have an idea how Disney do christmas but not WDW so we are very excited!
We have booked for October 31 and in the past it has been quite obviously one of the first nights to sell out so particually if you too are thinking of visiting actually on Halloween itself then I would say get them booked ASAP!
We have already been studying the maps and Alex commented last night how many Character interactions there are going to be and we spoke about which parade to see too (I think we will probably go with the majority who are visiting with children in that we will set up camp to see the first one instead of risking the kids falling asleep and missing the later ones!) so I think it’s going to be a busy night and that’s without the rides!
Knowing we were going this Halloween last Halloween I made sure I kept some of our decorations out and in a case for our trip – sooo excited to decorate some of our room and window!
Now to work out what to get dressed up as!! I have a pretty good idea what myself and the kids are going as but Alex is still not 100% sure so I’ll prob just leave that to him to decide! He could just go as himself I guess will fit right in as a werewolf right mwahahaha!
Let me know if you too are visiting during the Halloween and Christmas celebrations & be sure to say hi if you see us!
